Longest side keeps the design's real shape and never stretches it. A wide badge comes out wide, a tall figure comes out tall.
Leave one blank to keep the shape's proportions. Fill both for an exact board size.
Add each image, set its width × height, and hit Generate. The tool fits them on the board, traces each shape, and adds one set of corner dots. On the preview you can click a piece to select it, then drag it, rotate it, or remove it.

Outline hugs the exact shape. Board cuts a rectangle around it.
Tiles as many copies as fit, with one set of dots for the whole board.
Background & fine-tuning
The cut line stays on the design's edge. Drag right to bleed the printed color outward past the cut, so a slightly-off cut still has color (no white edge). Drag left to bite the cut just inside the design for a flush edge. In the preview, the magenta line is the cut and the dashed blue line marks how far the color bleeds.
Match = the border keeps the image's own edge color (extends it outward). Solid = one flat color.
Leave at 0 so the file matches the ordered size. Add a blank border only if your cutter needs the dots to sit outside the design.

Default is her spec: 0.25" solid black, one per corner. Only change these if your cutter needs different marks.
