A coloured border drawn around your design, like a sticker edge. Pick how thick it is and what colour.

Keep it — the blade goes around the outside, so the outline is part of the finished piece. Trim it off — the outline still prints, but the blade cuts on the design's own edge so it gets cut away. Use this when it is only there to stop a white edge.

Extra colour carried past the edge, using the design's own edge colour. It is insurance: if the blade lands slightly off, there is still colour there instead of a white line.

Trim it off — normal. The extra colour sits outside the cut as insurance and gets cut away. Keep it — the blade goes around the outside of the bleed, so the finished piece comes out bigger and includes that extra colour.
